We stand behind every cigar we sell. If there’s a legitimate issue, we’ll make it right. Premium product deserves premium standards.
14 Days
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Condition
Cigars must be:
- Uncut and unsmoked
- In original packaging (cellophane intact if included)
- Fully resalable
- Returned with all promotional items
Boxes (20+)
1-cigar allowance on full boxes or bundles of 20+.
All others must be returned in pristine condition. More than one missing cigar may result in denial or prorated credit.
Final Sale
Singles, 5-packs, samplers, clearance, and special deals are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
Damage or Wrong Item
Report within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and issue. If the error is ours, we fix it.
Delivery Responsibility
Once marked delivered, customers are responsible for protecting cigars from heat, cold, humidity, or theft. Weather exposure after delivery is not grounds for return.
Authorization Required
Email 3JCigars@gmail.com with your order number before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made the mistake.
