Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted national carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Adult Signature
An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery in accordance with tobacco laws. Valid government-issued ID may be required.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges.
Heat & Weather Protection
We pack all cigars carefully. During extreme heat or cold, we recommend selecting faster shipping options.
Once marked delivered by the carrier, customers are responsible for protecting cigars from heat, cold, humidity, or theft.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered, 3JCigar.com is not responsible for theft or carrier-related delivery issues after confirmation of delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship where legally permitted. Certain states or local jurisdictions may restrict cigar or tobacco shipments. Orders placed in restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
